Coaching
Can you answer the question — what do I really want?
Not what you should want. Not only what seems reasonable, right, or expected of you.
But what you genuinely want to move towards.
Sometimes the answer is clear. There is a decision to make, a change you want to create, a new direction, or something you want to bring into the world.
At other times, you may only sense that something wants your attention.
Coaching creates space to pause, see yourself and your situation more clearly, and begin moving towards what genuinely matters to you.
We can start there.
work with yourself, not against yourself.
Moving towards what you want does not require becoming someone else.
You can get to know yourself more deeply — your personality, ways of thinking, habitual responses, the signals of your body, and how you respond to uncertainty, challenge and change.
Not to define or limit yourself by who you think you are.
But to notice what supports you, what gets in the way, and how you can use more of what is already available to you.
Knowing yourself can create more choice.
create space for choice.
Sometimes it feels as though there are no options.
Coaching gives us room to stay with a question long enough for more to become visible — assumptions, possibilities and choices that may have been difficult to see before.
And from what becomes possible, you can make choices that are genuinely valuable to you.
Obstacles will appear along the way.
They do not always have to be something to overcome. Sometimes an obstacle can become a resource — helping you understand yourself, develop a new capacity or discover another way forward.
from reacting to creating.
There are times when much of our energy goes into responding to what is happening — coping, adapting, protecting or simply keeping things going.
And there are times when more space becomes available to ask:
What do I want? What do I want to create? Where do I choose to place my attention and energy?
Coaching can be a space not only for what needs to change, but also for what you want to create.
when can coaching be useful?
Coaching may be useful when you are:
- — considering a career change or moving from corporate life into entrepreneurship
- — stepping into a new role or environment and wanting to adapt without losing yourself
- — developing your own way of leading
- — shaping your professional identity or personal brand
- — wanting to understand and use more of your strengths and resources
- — reconsidering the relationship between work, life and what matters to you
- — navigating relationships with colleagues, people you lead, children or others important to you
- — wanting greater agency in shaping your life
- — sensing that something in your life wants to change, even if you cannot yet fully name it
You do not need to wait until there is a problem.
Coaching can also be a space for what you want to create.
I believe in human possibility.
Not because I believe anything is possible if we simply try hard enough.
I have also been in places where what was familiar no longer worked and what came next was not yet visible.
That experience is part of what I bring to my work.
I do not need to know where you should go.
I trust your capacity to notice more, make your own choices and find your way forward.
how it works
Discovery Call
A short conversation to meet, hear what brings you here, and see whether working together feels right. You do not need to know exactly what you need before we speak.
A session or a series of sessions
We work with what is present and relevant for you. I listen, ask questions, help you notice, and sometimes challenge what may have become taken for granted. I do not give you a path. We create space for you to see your own more clearly.
Life between conversations
You try, act, notice and meet reality. From time to time, we look back at what has changed, what you have discovered about yourself, what matters now, and where you want to go next.
what do you really want?
Perhaps you already know.
Perhaps you can only sense it.
We can start there.
